We get it, plans change.

Orders begin processing right away, so we're not always able to cancel them.

If you need to cancel:

Send us a message as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Good to know:

Once an order has started processing or shipped, it can't be canceled.

If that happens, you may still be able to return eligible items once they arrive.
