Samples are shipped in envelopes using USPS (Post Office). Depending on your location in the US and mail service, samples can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive.

Tracking information is NOT provided for samples. Please check your mailbox often.

How do I track my sample order?

We are an authorized retailer for many brands. If your order contains more than one sample, then it's a good possibility you will receive multiple envelopes from different vendors / manufacturers. Depending on the shipping method they use, some samples may arrive faster than others. The best thing you can do is be patient and wait for all of your samples to come in the mail. If it's been longer than 15 business days, contact us and we can reship the missing samples to you free of charge.

Yes! We offer trade accounts to interior designers, architects, and contractors looking to purchase wallpaper, rugs, and samples.

Go to our contact form and select "TRADE INQUIRY" from the drop-down menu.

Do you have a trade program?

Grab a ruler! This will get you started...

1. Measure the width and height each wall in feet
2. Multiply the width x height of each wall to get the SQFT
(ex: 8 feet wide by 10 feet tall = 80 SQFT)
3. Factor in the pattern repeat if applicable
(ex: 80 SQFT divide by 25" repeat on the pattern)
4. Contact us before purchasing if you have any questions

To keep things simple and to ensure you have enough paper, do not make any deductions for windows, doors, cabinets, etc.

How do I calculate wallpaper rolls?

We sure do! We carry all the paste and tools you would need for any wallpaper project.
