How to Hang Around a WindowUpdated 4 months ago

Start hanging your strip as normal at the top of the wall. Allowing the wallpaper to drape over the window, feel for the top corner of the window casing. Using a sharp pair of scissors, make a diagonal cut toward the top corner, so the paper can lie flat against the side and top of the casting. Repeat this step for the bottom.

Roughly cut away the excess paper over the window and clean the adhesive off the glass. Smooth the wallpaper making sure the seams are tight. Then use the smoothing tool to firmly press the wallpaper along the edge of the window casing.

Use a trim guide and a snap blade knife to cut away the excess paper from the ceiling and around the window casing. Change the blade frequently to keep the cuts clean and prevent the wallpaper from tearing. Be sure to wipe down the wallpaper and the window casing to remove any adhesive residue.
