How are samples shipped?Updated 4 months ago

Samples are shipped in envelopes and mailed through USPS (Post Office). If requested, we can ship samples UPS or FedEx.

Tracking information is NOT provided for samples.

Depending on your location and mail service, samples can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive.

If you ordered multiple samples, they may arrive in different envelopes. Please check your mailbox regularly for more envelopes if you are missing some samples from your order.

Sometimes samples get lost in the mail. If you have not received your sample order within 15 business days, please contact us and we will send you a new order.
