If you&apos;re in the Northeast, free shipping can often arrive just as quickly as expedited options. Expedited Shipping:During checkout, you can select UPS 2nd Day Air&#xAE; for faster delivery. Next Day Air is available by request only - contact us if timing is critical. Please note that expedited shipping shortens transit time only, not processing time. Samples:Sample orders are shipped via USPS Post Office, typically delivered within 4 to 14 business days.

Free Shipping:We offer free standard shipping on most wallpaper orders. Products sold by the yard are excluded from this due to size and weight. Weekend &amp; Holiday Deliveries:Orders placed after our Friday cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped the following business day. If you&apos;re on a tight deadline, contact us about expedited options. International Shipping:We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Policies & Exceptions

What to do if your package is missing, arrives late, or is damaged in transit.

Lost or Damaged:If your package arrives damaged or doesn&apos;t arrive at all, contact us immediately via the &quot;Report Issue&quot; button. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). We&apos;ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if eligible. Delivered to Wrong Address:If your shipping address was correct at the time of order but the carrier delivered it incorrectly, we&apos;ll work with the shipping provider to investigate and send a replacement if needed.However, if the wrong address was entered during checkout, the customer is responsible. We&apos;re happy to assist with placing a new order to the correct address, but you would be responsible for the additional cost.Important: Please double-check your shipping address carefully, especially if you&apos;re using express payment options like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal. These services may autofill an old or default address. Make sure your current and correct shipping address is selected before completing checkout to avoid delivery issues. Stolen Packages:Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, it becomes the recipient&apos;s responsibility. We recommend checking around your home and with neighbors.
