Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered PackagesUpdated 4 hours ago

Lost or Damaged:

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us immediately via the "Report Issue" button. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if eligible.


Wrong Address:

If your shipping address was correct at the time of order but the carrier delivered it incorrectly, we'll work with the shipping provider to investigate and send a replacement if needed.

However, if the wrong address was entered during checkout, the customer is responsible. We're happy to assist with placing a new order to the correct address, but you would be responsible for the additional cost.

Important: Please double-check your shipping address carefully, especially if you're using express payment options like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal. These services may autofill an old or default address. Make sure your current and correct shipping address is selected before completing checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Stolen Packages:

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, it becomes the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking around your home and with neighbors. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace stolen packages, but we're happy to help you reorder. You may also file a claim with the carrier or your homeowner's/renter's insurance.
