Most regular orders are shipped UPS. Some of our vendors use FedEx.

We will send an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. Sometimes you'll get the number before your package is in transit, don't be alarmed if there is no information - refresh the tracking link later.

Tracking information is not provided for sample orders.

You always have the option of going to our contact page and selecting "ORDER STATUS" from the subject line drop-down. Please include your order number.
