Lost or Damaged PackagesUpdated 4 months ago

If your package arrived damaged or opened, inspect the contents and contact us immediately. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and some photos showing the damage.

If your package turns up missing, please contact us and the shipping carrier immediately to report a missing package. US Wall Decor will not issue a refund for lost, missing, or stolen packages. However, pending carrier investigation, we can replace the missing order.
