Most delays are caused by the carrier (UPS or USPS), not the shipment itself.
Weather, routing, and volume can all slow things down.
Other possible reasons:
- Backordered items (usually 2 to 4 weeks)
- Vendor or production delays
If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, it doesn't necessarily mean it's lost - it may still be moving behind the scenes.
When to reach out:
