If you notice a defect in your wallpaper (printing issue, color problem, pattern misalignment, or damage not caused during shipping), please:

Do not continue hanging the wallpaper


2. Take clear photos

Include the issue and the roll label if possible


3. Send us your order number + photos


Once we review everything, we'll help with a replacement or next steps as quickly as possible.
