How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple!
- Browse our wallpaper collections.
- Select your design and quantity.
- Add to cart and checkout securely.
- You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Commercial orders may take longer to process due to custom cutting.
How do I log in to view my order?
- Go to our Account Login Page.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout.
- Check your inbox for a login code and enter it to access your order history and account details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In-stock orders begin processing immediately and can't be changed or canceled. If you need to make a change, contact us right away - we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee your order can be updated.
What if my item is on backorder?
If an item is on backorder, don't worry — it'll ship as soon as it's available. Most backorders take 2 to 4 weeks. You're welcome to cancel anytime before it ships. We'll keep you updated when we can, though availability can change quickly.
