If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please inspect the contents and contact us immediately using the "Report Issue" option. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos showing the issue.
If your package never arrives, contact us immediately to report it as missing. While we do not issue refunds for lost, missing, or stolen packages, we can arrange a replacement once the carrier has completed its investigation.
